Every bowl of Rako Rako Ramen is delivered frozen and carefully packed with insulated packaging to help maintain product quality during transit.
Delivery Service
We use DPD Next Day Delivery for all mainland UK orders.
Most orders arrive on the next working day after dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information directly from DPD.

At this time, we do not deliver to:

Other remote regions where next-day delivery cannot be reliably guaranteed
Upon Delivery
As our products are delivered frozen, we recommend bringing your parcel indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
Please transfer all products directly to your freezer and store at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze products that have fully thawed.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday.
To protect the quality of our frozen products, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends or UK public holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be dispatched on the next available shipping day.
Dispatch Schedule
During warmer periods, it is especially important to collect your parcel promptly after delivery.
Our products are packed using insulated packaging and frozen gel packs, but parcels should not be left outdoors for extended periods.
Warm Weather Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed, or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
