Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared and dispatched.

Frozen Products
All Rako Rako Ramen products are delivered frozen.
Products should be transferred to a freezer and stored at -18°C or below as soon as possible after delivery.
Products should not be refrozen after fully thawing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery and that products are stored appropriately after delivery.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to provide reliable next-day delivery, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
