At Rako Rako Ramen, food safety is our priority.

As our products are frozen and perishable food items, they are non-returnable once delivered.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Any quality concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for refund or replacement.

Change of Mind

In accordance with UK consumer regulations relating to perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Failure to collect or receive the delivery

  • Failure to store products correctly after delivery

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives with a quality issue as a result of a delivery problem, please contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate the matter.
